The official iPhone and iTouch weather application from yr.no, with weather forecasts for 20 400 places all over the world.
yr.no is the joint online weather service from the Norwegian Meteorological Institute and the NRK. The application is designed and developed by Apps AS (apps.no) in cooperation with yr.no.

Den offisielle iPhone- og iTouch-applikasjonen fra yr.no, med værvarsel for 20 400 steder over hele verden.
Værtjenesten yr.no er et samarbeid mellom Meteorologisk institutt og NRK. Applikasjonen er designet og utviklet av Apps AS (apps.no) i samarbeid med yr.no.
På yr.no får du varsel for 7 millioner steder i hele verden. I applikasjonen har vi foreløpig bare lagt ut 20 400 steder (alle norske byer, tettsteder, grender o.s.v. + hovedsteder og store byer i utlandet). Bruk GPS-funksjonen for å finne det nærmeste stedet til akkurat der du er!
NØKKELFUNKSJONER
- Værvarsel for 20 400 byer, tettsteder og reisemål fra inn- og utland.
- 10 dagersvarsel og 2 dagers meteogram.
- Søk opp nærmeste værvarsel ved hjelp av GPS.
TIPS OG TRIKS
- Data oppdateres automatisk på faste tidspunkt. Rist telefonen for å tvinge applikasjonen til å oppdatere.
- Snu telefonen sidelengs når du ser på et sted for å se meteogrammet.
- Dra fingeren fra venstre til høyre over «Sist besøkt»-stedene for å slette dem.

Helt topp fra yr! Great app from yr!
Great weather app from yr with the excellent hour by hour graph of the weather and temperature as it is projected over the next 48 hours. The results in Norway are highly localized unlike most US or British based weather services which often give you Oslo weather based on the Gardermoen airport som 47 km away. My go-to weather app for travel in Europe and especially in Scandinavia.

A truly 5 star weather app for the UK. I have tried all of the other (mostly USA) weather apps and this Norwegian one is far superior; the GPS location works fantastically well. As with all apps a restart after download is advisable.

Don't like that it lets me have only 5 locations, then starts deleting the others, and why is the search window always on? You only need it ocassionally! The editing is also dodgy as can't organize list an took a while to work out how to delete favourites!

I downloaded this app because I wanted to test it. The only place it found was cardiff that is about 200 miles away. That is poor. The second thing was: after I found Cardiff it didn't respond. When I tryed to pit it back on it went back off about 5 times. That why it was an instant delete! Don't bother downloading! Thanks for Reading.
